INGREDIENTES: - 3 docenas de choros
- 1 taza de cebolla cortada en cuadritos
- ¼ de taza de ají o rocoto picado en cuadritos
- ½ de taza de tomate picado en cuadritos
- ½ taza de jugo de limón
- Sal y pimienta al gusto
Lo primero que tenemos que hacer es lavar bien las valvas de los choros y sancochar estas en abundante agua con sal hasta que se abran. Si alguno no ha abierto hay que desecharlo.
Cuando ya estén listos y fríos sacamos la valva que no esta pegada al animal y los limpiamos.
Mezclamos todos los ingredientes en un recipiente y cubrimos el choro con esta mezcla.
También si es de nuestro agrado, podemos adicionarle choclo a nuestra preparación. Queda buenísimo!!!!
Tip: Si encontramos alguna valva rota o abierta antes de cocinar, desecharemos ese choro, al igual que si queda alguno flotando en el momento de cocinar.
